Product Support

Berco UK has a dedicated and localized Product Support team to assist the customer with any pre or post sale enquiry.

The wealth of knowledge and experience accumulated by Berco over the years allows the local team to deal efficiently and effectively with a wide range of customer requests, ranging from advice in the choice, installation and customization of components/systems to the analysis and resolution of field issues and warranty claims.

In Q2 Berco UK started to expand their product support activities and began to make field visits in the UK, accompanying their UK dealer (Midland Steel Traders) on a site visit to UK Coal in May 2009, to examine a CAT D9 Dozer.

Berco UK has also recently hosted a training day with its UK dealer MidlandSteel Traders (MST), where representatives from Berco HQ Product Support presented their Technical Seminar. MST’s UK sales force and other key personnel attended the event which included presentations on the design, characteristics, and applications of Berco Undercarriage Products.

 

The Product Support Technical Seminars will be rolled out over the coming months to all of Berco UK’s OEM and Aftermarket clients.
