Berco looking after our people.

We believe we have created a place where people love to work. One that includes the need to look after our physical environment. We've have already done a great job in preparing our site at Spennymoor and will continue to work on this as and when appropriate.

We're also working to unravel and remove the mystery of Health and Safety while making sure we provide the right sort of practical support to employees.

We consider our people and their requirements, whether it's delivering our strategic plans to senior managers, meeting employee representatives, providing our operational teams with simple, jargon-free guidance or launching new projects and processes.

Unfortunately, accidents do happen, we're all human, and when they do, we make absolutely sure that things are reported so we're able review each case, take the right steps and learn from it.

It's important to us that, at all levels, everyone knows what they need to do to work safely and where to go for help and advice.
