- We are a subsidiary of Berco Spa, the world leader in the supply of undercarriage components
- We are part of ThyssenKrupp AG
- The subsidiary launch project was launched on 1st October 2005 and started operation on 14th February 2006
- First delivery to Komatsu May 2006 and to JCB January 2007
- Moved to new premises in Spennymoor on 1st May 2008
- Launched project to supply Aftermarket in October 2008
- First complete frame delivery to new OEM in March 2009

- 1940 Berco has more than 650 employees
- 1960 TEG created, later Berco subsidiary in Germany
- 1977 50% participation of Hoesch AG
- 1986 100% participation of Hoesch AG
- 1987 First large investment program: volume growth, opening to OEM, new technology in manufacturing.
- 1989 Acquisition of Simmel (Berco 2)
- 1992 Krupp takes over Hoesch
- 1995 Berco of America is created (USA)
- 1998 Acquisition of “Fils” Busano (Berco 3)
- 1999 Merger of Thyssen & Krupp: ThyssenKrupp
- 2000 Installation of the largest spindle-press in the world 32,000 tons
- 2002 BercoSul (Brazil) operational
- 2005 Berco UK operational
- 2007 Berco Shanghai operational
- 2008 Berco Bulgaria operational
