We are part of ThyssenKrupp AG
The subsidiary launch project was launched on 1st October 2005 and started operation on 14th February 2006
First delivery to Komatsu May 2006 and to JCB January 2007
Moved to new premises in Spennymoor on 1st May 2008
Launched project to supply Aftermarket in October 2008
First complete frame delivery to new OEM in March 2009

1960 TEG created, later Berco subsidiary in Germany
1977 50% participation of Hoesch AG
1986 100% participation of Hoesch AG
1987 First large investment program: volume growth, opening to OEM, new technology in manufacturing.
1989 Acquisition of Simmel (Berco 2)
1992 Krupp takes over Hoesch
1995 Berco of America is created (USA)
1998 Acquisition of “Fils” Busano (Berco 3)
1999 Merger of Thyssen & Krupp: ThyssenKrupp
2000 Installation of the largest spindle-press in the world 32,000 tons
2002 BercoSul (Brazil) operational
2005 Berco UK operational
2007 Berco Shanghai operational
2008 Berco Bulgaria operational
